丹霞地貌是中国南方红色岩系发育的一种特殊地貌，主要由厚层红色砂岩和砾岩组成。
Danxia landform is a special landform developed in red rock series in southern China. It is mainly composed of thick red sandstone and conglomerate.
贵州世遗中的“人间绝色”
赤水丹霞，位于贵州省赤水境内，其面积达1200多平方公里，2010年被正式列入《世界遗产名录》，2020年12月，赤水丹霞旅游区成为中国国家级5A级旅游景区。
Chishui Danxia is located in Chishui, Guizhou, with an area of more than 1,200 square kilometers. It was officially included in the "World Heritage List" in 2010. In December 2020, Chishui Danxia Tourist Area became China"s national 5A-level tourist attraction.
中国当代丹霞地貌研究领域学术带头人、最权威的专家、中山大学黄进教授评价道：赤水，是我所走过的地方。发现丹霞面积最大、发育最完整、最具有典型性和最年轻的地貌，是中国丹霞地貌最美的地方。
Professor Huang Jin from Sun Yat-sen University, an academic leader and the most authoritative expert in the field of contemporary Danxia landform research in China, commented, "Chishui is the place I have traveled.
